CASE STUDY
Expedia Group – Unified Landing Experience
Expedia Group works with a diverse universe of lodging partners, from property owners renting out a single vacation property, to hotels or hotel chains with hundreds of units in different locations. The entry point for these partners is typically via the ‘List your property’ link on the website of one of Expedia Group’s many travel brands. They wanted a more seamless way to transition from any of their travel brand sites to an Expedia Group-branded onboarding experience, ultimately guiding partners to the approriate registration experience and tools for their particular business size and needs. I led the Expedia team through the exercise of defining the ideal path for the lodging partners using a shared UX/UI and employing design tokens to display the appropriate brand look & feel to the user.
